Dieser Kurs richtet sich an alle, welche sich mit ihrer eigenen Sicherheit beschäftigen wollen.
Wir beginnen mit grundlegenden theoretischen und praktischen Techniken.
Es werden keine einschlägigen Erfahrungen vorausgesetzt.
